Access to the powerful and transforming message of music requires a certain pedagogy that has not always been adequate. Unfortunately, it happens very often that the approach to music education in schools and even in conservatories is not correct. As a consequence, much of the younger and not so young population, don’t feel any great affinity for music. They consider it distant, incomprehensible and belonging to weird or boring people. Others may harbour the suspicion that music is a fascinating and rewarding world, but they seem to lack the key essentials to access it.
